Cosmetic or Esthetic Dentistry: This is the art and science of enhancing the appearance of the teeth using a wide range of techniques that may include: restoration, placement, straightening, crowning, bonding, bonding or whitening. Four common procedures in Cosmetic Dentistry are bleaching, veneers, microabrasion and bonding. Through Cosmetic Dentistry, we are able to correct certain flaws in the appearance of your smile. With these corrections, your smile is restored -- so is your self-confidence!

Fillings or Restorations: A filling or restoration is a variety of materials that restores a tooth to its original shape after a dentist has removed decay from the tooth. Materials used can range from composite resins (white fillings) and amalgam (silver fillings).

Pediatric Dentistry: focuses on the oral development and disease processes of children. Communicating with children at their level is particularly important as it helps children manage their dental anxiety.

Crown and Bridge: Two restorative techniques that repair damaged or missing teeth. They restore tooth function and appearance. The use of crowns and bridges also avoids the shifting of teeth that can happen after a tooth is lost. By maintaining or restoring the patient's bite and their smile, the effects of the tooth damage or loss are reversed.

Dentures and Partial Dentures: Complete dentures are used to replace teeth when there are no teeth remaining. The teeth are prefabricated acrylic which come in many sizes, shapes, and shades. They are processed into a custom made acrylic base which is made to intimately and comfortably fit the gum tissue in your mouth. A partial denture is a removable appliance that replaces missing teeth. It is held in place by your existing teeth. It is important that these teeth be healthy in order to support your partial; often they may need treatment prior to making the partial.

Endodontics: This area deals with diseases of the pulp, or nerve, or root the tooth. Treatment performed commonly involves Root Canal Therapy or a "Root Canal".

Periodontics: The treatment of Periodontal Disease deals with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gums and bone surrounding the teeth. Periodontal disease, if left untreated, can destroy the bone and surrounding tissues of the teeth leading to possible tooth loss and an unattractive smile.
